CaraMelocha Cha-Cha Chiller was a coffee based drink available in Indiana in the early-21st century. It was blended with caramel and ice, and was topped with whipped cream and sprinkles. According to the First Doctor it also contained more sugar and caffeine than either Steven Taylor or Vicki Pallister needed.
