Prince Cassie was the monarch of Golbasto during the Third Doctor's time with UNIT. During his reign, he worked with the Mega, wanting to change the world's warmongering ways. However, his violent methods were not approved of by the Doctor, and Cassie was eventually killed, along with all the Mega, in his attempts to change the world. (AUDIO: The Mega)
