Catiba

Catiba was the leader of the Morraxian people. When Morrax was devastated by accelerated radio waves sent from Dr Louis French's radio telescope, Catiba swore vengeance on Earth, believing that it was now impossible to return to their former way of life. The Third Doctor arrived to speak on behalf of Earth, but Catiba refused to listen, believing the Doctor to be human. He had the Doctor placed on board a neutronic missile and launched towards Earth to punish humanity. The Doctor gained control of the rocket, detached the warhead and returned to Morrax. When Catiba ordered the missile destroyed, they blew up the warhead by mistake. The Doctor returned and worked with the Morraxians to use the radiation to power a time reverser they constructed to undo the damage the radio waves had caused. (COMIC: Is Anyone There?)
