Cato (The Players)

Cato was the senior administrator in charge of the psychoanalysis machine on Trabus. He demonstrated a use of the technology to remove a person's claustrophobia to allow him to become a miner. The War Master hypnotised him to help in his plans and asked him about whether to expand the process to affect mass populaces. He tried to use the technique on the Master torturing him.
