Charles Pemberton (19 September 1939-13 May 2007[1]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as a Cyberman in The Tomb of the Cybermen and an alien technician in The War Games.
He also voiced Commentator Gerber in Big Finish Productions' Gallifrey story Fractures and Butler in Three's a Crowd.
