Chaugh

Chaugh was a Queeth. He was the only intelligent one of the Queeth that were encountered by the Fifth Doctor, Tegan and Gravis. He knew of Queth's upcoming destruction, like all the Queeth, but he was the only one who knew how it would be destroyed and that he would kill himself to begin the process. (PROSE: Life After Queth)
