Colin (On a Pedestal)

Colin was part of Sir Douglas' household. He was a piper. He lent his bagpipes to Jamie McCrimmon so that Jamie could prove he was a piper. Colin gave Jamie the bagpipes as a gift. (PROSE: On a Pedestal)
