After Learman was forcefully mutated at an accelerated rate to replace the Daleks' dead pilot, they upheld their end of the agreement by inserting a memory sphere containing the Complete Works into the positronic linkages between the mutant and the casing, thus ensuring the Learman Dalek retained full knowledge of Shakespeare.
