In one of the infinite parallel universes of "possible space", (COMIC: Fire and Brimstone) the cybotic Cybs were "the pirates of the galaxy". (PROSE: The Chronicles of Doctor Who?)

Biology[[edit] | [edit source]]
They were cyborgs, most of their body parts replaced with "cybotic" parts made of "vat-grown plastic". They considered their artificial forms to be quite handsome, with vanity being a commonly-exploited weakness of theirs. Their breathing apparatus shared the weakness to gold (PROSE: The Chronicles of Doctor Who?) of the Cybermen (TV: Revenge of the Cybermen) and Cyberons (PROSE: Cyberon, A Bright White Crack) of another world. Also like them, (TV: The Tenth Planet) the Cybs originated on a version of the planet Mondas. (PROSE: The Chronicles of Doctor Who?)
History[[edit] | [edit source]]
The Cybs became cybotic after ruining the environment of their home planet Mondas.
In 1994, the Cybs planted a bomb on Earth in an underground cave in Wyoming. When palaeontological diggings meant to uncover dinosaur fossils threatened to unearth the bomb ahead of schedule, the Cybs assassinated multiple scientists. The Doctor discovered what was happening, but a Cyb raiding party managed to force the Doctor to take them aboard his time machine. After a "deadly combat", however, the Doctor gained the upper hand over the Cybs.
Eventually, the Cybs' home planet was destroyed and the last few survivors were buried on the planet Telos in cryo-stasis. The Doctor fell in with an Earth-based archaeological expedition investigating the icy prison. However, they were soon placed in mortal peril when the Master engineered a rise in temperature that caused the frozen Cybs to thaw out and begin to roam the tombs, looking for revenge.
