Cyber-Leader (The Flood)

In the far future, a Cyber-Leader followed the Cyber-Controller who took the Cybermen back in time to the early 21st century to convert all the humans on Earth. It was killed by the Eighth Doctor, who used the Time Vortex to turn it into dust. (COMIC: The Flood)
