  • Notable changes include:
    • The 'Comic-strips! Features! Pin-up!' cover tag is replaced by 'Thrilling Adventures in Time and Space'.
    • Inside pages are numbered and a contents page is shared with a new release of the returning comic story 'A Letter from the Doctor'.
    • More regular 'filling' features include a page of Fantastic Facts and a UNIT Club Page which readers are encouraged to sign-up for by becoming UNIT members.
    • The regular archive feature is replaced by new fiction.
  • Published every Thursday, this issue had a cover price of 12p (UK).
