The Time Lords understood that a "monument to Dalek victories" existed on the rebuilt Skaro in the time of the New Dalek Paradigm. Appearing the form of a massive Dalek casing, the monument was standing when the Eleventh Doctor met Darla von Karlsen on Skaro, prior to the Asylum Incident. (TV: Asylum of the Daleks)
