Deep Breath was the first adventure in The Twelfth Doctor Sourcebook, adapted from the TV story of the same name.

The story follows the television episode, but the characters may decide to make different choices than those of the onscreen Doctor and Clara. If the adventurers include a Time Lord, this adventure could be played as the aftermath of their regeneration. Advice is also given if the gamemaster does not want to include Missy in their campaign.

In "The Harvest", adventurers may encounter droids from the SS Marie Antoinette who escaped into different eras and continued their mission of harvesting organs.
In "Clockwork Cyberiad", the Droids ally with Cybermen, creating a powerful alliance that creates clockwork Cybermen.
