Captain Donbavand was a soldier that worked for the Forge.
After Panda was captured, Donbavand was in charge of security in the temporary quarantine base used to hold Panda. He communicated with Sanford and Hutchinson as they were incapacitated by Iris Wildthyme. Iris then went into the main room of the base of took out Donbavand with chloroform perfume.
