The Eleventh Doctor had to deal with some "evil Christmas trees" while spending one Christmas with Amy and Rory. An unimpressed Doctor remarked that they were really "scraping the barrel" this year. After rounding them and various other festive-themed threats up in the TARDIS, the Doctor invited them to Amy and Rory's to show them what a "real Christmas" should be like.
