The seventh ex-wife of Alvar Chambers had the Ninth Doctor thrown out to sea on Alvar's orders on board a private cruise ship on Mars in 22nd century. The Doctor survived when his body was taken over by an entity that existed in the sea's reflection, which also consumed the seventh ex-wife. Rose Tyler, with the Doctor's help, found a way out for the entity's victims, including the seventh ex-wife, but Alvar did not make it. (COMIC: The Cruel Sea)
