The Exec was the young ruler of Heletia. Locris Marlock used the fact that the Exec was spoined to keep him distracted so he could run the planet. The Exec was very interested in theatre, and approved the funding for the second expedition to Menaxus. He and Marlock were killed by Camarina Lannic. (PROSE: Theatre of War)
