Factory Zero-One

Factory Zero-One was a cyber-conversion factory on the planet Centuria. When the Tenth Doctor and Jayne Kadett were kidnapped by Cyber-drones they were taken to Factory Zero-One for conversion. (COMIC: The Power of the Cybermen)
