I've noticed the Doctor hasn't given Amy a TARDIS key. In fact, he visably denied her one in Victory of the Daleks (although this probably had somthing to do with the fact it was the doctor's own key she was holding). He clearly trusts and cares for her as much as Rose, Martha and Donna - he even trusted her with the sonic screwdriver in The Big Bang - so has Stephen Moffat simply forgotten?
