Francis Batsoni (1912-12 December 2001[1]) appeared uncredited in two Doctor Who television stories: as a shelterer in The Enemy of the World (DWM 219) and as Cheng Teik's corpse, a prisoner and an audience member in The Mind of Evil. (DWM 208)
