Frank Tate was one of the porters at the hospital Brenda Williams was at. He worked out that someone had worked out was going on when Rhys Williams switched his mothers rooms. He told Rhys Williams to hide after they had left so that he couldn't be seen by the cleaners. He was killed by the Cleaners. (AUDIO: Visiting Hours)
