Mrs Garrett was a counsellor at the Coal Hill Academy in 2016.
She was divorced and had to care after her sick daughter.
During a counselling session, Reagan Harper tried to use her ability to remove people's worries on Mrs Garrett. Like April MacLean, Mrs Garrett's reaction was to fall in an almost cataleptic sleep.
