Guardian Division

The Guardian Division was responsible for law enforcement in Millenius. It was led by a Chief Enquirer, staffed with Guardians and based in the Guardian building. By the time of the First Doctor's visit to Millenius, the Chief Enquirer was Tarron. (TV: The Keys of Marinus)
