The Hall of War Pacts was located aboard the Sycorax spaceship. During their invasion of Earth on 25 December 2006, the Sycorax teleported Harriet Jones, Major Blake, Daniel Llewellyn and Alex to the Hall of War Pacts, followed by the TARDIS containing Rose Tyler, Mickey Smith and the Tenth Doctor.
