Ian McKinnell

Ian McKinnell was a photographer and image manipulator for Doctor Who. His worked featured in Radio Times.

His Dalek-themed Radio Times cover went on to win a prestigious award.

In 2013, the "Vote Dalek" cover he'd designed for the May 2005 issue of Radio Times was named "Cover of the Century" by the Professional Publishers Association.^[1]
