Insloy was an Insardian who the War Master rescued from a Dalek death camp.
The War Master brought Insloy to the planet Druldathia so that he could be attacked and envenomed by a Druldathian dragon. The dragons' venom had an unusual effect on both Time Lords and Insardians, causing the body to enter a state indistinguishable from death.
