Isabel de Bobadilla was an acquaintance of Winston Churchill.
In 1895, she looked after Churchill when he was stationed there, she told him of her youth as the wife of the governor. Upon him leaving Cuba, she gave him a cigar cutter with a pearl set in it.
In 1899 Madam Vastra to help her when something came from Cuba in 1899. The Eleventh Doctor asked her about the pearl. She had lived for 350 years. She decided to die and used the power of the pearl to kill Luis Ortega at the same time. (AUDIO: Young Winston)
