The Ismetch was one of the two known ethnic groups, besides the Cutch, that made up of the Reptilian Betrushians, on planet Betrushia. Compared to the other ethnic group, the Ismetch had more inset eyes and larger crests. (PROSE: St Anthony's Fire)
