Jesic was one of the Thals in Murgat's Thalek experiment. The Dalek which contained her mind was a survivor of the Folkestone incident, and remembered Charlotte Pollard's encounter with the Daleks, and Davros, on her travels with the Eighth Doctor and C'rizz. The Sixth Doctor thought this was just future battle in his incarnation would have with the Daleks whilst travelling with Charley.
