History[[edit] | [edit source]]
On 23 November 1963, Barbara left the house and said goodbye to Joan at 8 AM, as per usual, but this turned out to be the last time Joan saw her for over a year, as Barbara had become a travelling companion to the First Doctor. The police searched the house not long after, looking for clues as to Barbara's whereabouts.
On 23 November 1964, Joan and Barbara met in a dream owing to to telepathic nature of the Doctor's TARDIS. At this time, Joan still had left Barbara's room place, and before the dream had spent a moment thinking about her daughter while sitting on her bed. (PROSE: A Long Night)
On 26 June 1965, Barbara returned home in the company of Ian Chesterton and embraced her mother, before introducing her to Ian. (PROSE: The Time Travellers)
