Judge (The Fishmen of Carpantha)

A Carpanthan judge presided over the Third Doctor and Liz Shaw's trial for destroying the Carpanthan city. He found them guilty but the Doctor managed to convince him that they would not reveal the species' existence to anybody, thereby ensuring their safety. After this, he wished them farewell and welcomed them back for another visit it the future. (COMIC: The Fishmen of Carpantha)
