Capitano Julian Esparza was a UNIT officer.
He worked at the South American Section of the United Nations Pantographic Survey in Buenos Aires, which was actually a UNIT front. In 1999, he was tasked to look after Professor Nathaniel Hume during his lecture tour of South America. (PROSE: The Taking of Planet 5)
