Julian Radnor

Commander Julian Radnor was Gia Kelly's supervisor at T-Mat Earth Control in London. He helped the Second Doctor defeat the Ice Warriors that had taken over the Moonbase, along with Daniel Eldred. (TV: The Seeds of Death)
