Justice Beta was a pale green, marshy planet, and the second planet in the Justicia system. It orbited at a distance of roughly 148 million miles from the system's suns, but later orbited at exactly one hundred fifty million miles after the Blathereen family successfully balanced the orbit of Justicia's planets in 2501.
It was a prison planet, and housed a number of low tech prisons and borstals intended exclusively for human prisoners. One such borstal was Detention Centre 6, where Rose Tyler was sent in 2501 after being arrested for trespassing on Justice Alpha.
The Blathereen, while covertly taking over Justicia, planned to use the inmates of Justice Beta as breeding stock for their workforce. (PROSE: The Monsters Inside)
