Kasagrad

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Kasagrad was a planet in the Assimilated Territories.

History[[edit] | [edit source]]

A spacecraft crashed into Kasagrad before the 4th century BC. King Hieronimes' chief engineer, Rablev, tried to utilise the technology but caused a radiation leak which killed him. It was thereafter believed that the ship was a cursed tomb.

Circa 2200, Niall Goram and Matt Lacey found the Lost Tomb of Rablev and recorded its location in the Doomsday Manuscript which they then tore in half to ensure that nobody would find the tomb and release the radiation upon Kasagrad. By 2599, Kasagrad was the last neutral planet in the Assimilated Territories, protected by an advanced satellite defence system which the Fifth Axis planned to deactivate by entering the Citadel through a vent from the Lost Tomb. To achieve this, Kolonel Daglan Straklant deceived and enlisted the help of Bernice Summerfield.

Benny eventually became aware of what was going on and realised that the spacecraft was full of radiation. She and Irving Braxiatel tricked Straklant into turning the tide of the battle between the people of Kasagrad and the Axis, resulting in the Axis having to abandon that sector of the Territories. It also transpired that the radiation had long since dissipated. (PROSE: Professor Bernice Summerfield and the Doomsday Manuscript)
