Katherine Ellison was a Testamentarian scientist involved in a time experiment. She was concerned that her forced action in the experiment would cause an explosion, as the technology utilised the Blinovitch Limitation Effect as a fuel source. After the explosion, she worked out a way to contain it using a time dam. She then tried all she could to further spread any damage. (AUDIO: The Blazing Hour)
