Captain Ketley encountered the Tenth Doctor and Martha Jones whilst the TARDIS was broken down aboard his boat.
When the TARDIS was ready to leave, his ship was transported to an alien world, along with Captain Ketley and his crew. When the Doctor managed to return the ship to Earth, Captain Ketley sailed off, bidding goodbye to the Doctor and Martha. (COMIC: Shipwreck!)
