Kevin W. Parker was a 20th century American biographer considered to be at the top of his field.
He wrote a successful unauthorised biography of Sarah Jane Smith, obtaining testimonies from her UNIT coworkers Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart, John Benton and Michael Yates and from her aunt, Lavinia Smith. It was entitled The Roving Reporter. (PROSE: The Roving Reporter)
