General Krebs was a high-ranking Wehrmacht general during the Second World War.
Biography[[edit]]
He was in the Führerbunker during the final days of the Second World War in 1945. He died during the Red Army's attack on Berlin.
On 3 June 1945, the bodies of Adolf Hitler, Eva Braun, General Krebs, Joseph and Magda Goebbels, and the Goebbels' children, were dug up in Buch and reburied thirty miles away at Finow. (PROSE: The Shadow in the Glass [+]Loading...["The Shadow in the Glass (novel)"])

- Although not identified as Hans Krebs, the character of General Krebs is intended to be the real world German Army general of this name.
- He was portrayed by Barry Jackson in the 1981 TV movie The Bunker and Michael Turner in the ITV Sunday Night Theatre episode "The Death of Adolf Hitler".
