Lottie Randall was a singer who performed at the Palace Theatre the night that the Fourth Doctor and Leela attended the performance in 1889.
Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]
Miss Randall sang the song "Daisy Bell" and encouraged the audience to join in with the chorus. Leela wondered why the audience sang along.
Her name was shown on a sign at the side of the stage.
After Miss Randall had finished singing and the audience were enthusiastically applauding, Henry Gordon Jago referred to her as "The Sheffield song-thrush! Last time she was here, there were eggs all over the stage!", before going on to announce the next act, Li H'sen Chang. (TV: The Talons of Weng-Chiang)
