Matthew Hywel-Davies

Matthew Hywel-Davies (born July 23, 1968) was a construction manager for Doctor Who, Torchwood and The Sarah Jane Adventures. He began work on the programme with The Christmas Invasion and was credited in the position on almost every episode of Doctor Who through series 6.

Before Doctor Who, Hywel-Davies was a carpenter or construction manager on several films primarily made in the southwest of the United Kingdom. His career began in the 1990s.
