Max Morgan

Max Morgan was the manager of the Red Room in 1952. He kept two sets of books and was embezzling from the business. Sarah Jane Smith, working undercover there as a waitress, revealed this to Tommy Ramsey. She convinced Tommy not to kill Max, as his fear would keep him from stealing from the Ramsey Mob.
