Mervyn Powell (PROSE: Torchwood: The Encyclopedia [+]Loading...["Torchwood: The Encyclopedia (reference book)"]) was a guest at Rhys Williams and Gwen Cooper's wedding. A Nostrovite disguised as Carrie flirted with him. They went to a hotel room to have sex, but he was killed brutally by the Nostrovite.
