Oakly was Princess Ash's lady-in-waiting. According to Ash, Oakly was so beautiful she always made men turn and stare.
As punishment for standing against Queen Xenotime, Oakly was executed. Before her execution, a cast was made of her face as a reminder of what happened to those who opposed the Queen. Later, the Tenth Doctor inadvertently used the cast of Oakly's face to disguise himself and get into the Queen's castle. (PROSE: The Bog Warrior)
