Oiquaquil

Oiquaquil was the captain of the City Guard. He was concerned about the Rocarbies emerging from the sewers. After the Mecrim were defeated, he and Defrabax began negotiations with the Rocarbies and Dugraq so they could all live together on the surface peacefully. (PROSE: The Menagerie)
