Parsley was one of the Gardeners who met the Thirteenth Doctor and Team TARDIS on Tellus IV. Parsley was also known under Latin name Petroselinum crispum.

Parsley was secretly a follower of Nightshade. When the Thirteenth Doctor and Team TARDIS arrived on Tellus IV, he reported this, enabling Nightshade to ambush them.
