Pat Mills

Pat Mills (born 7 March 1949) was a British comic strip writer who was best known for creating the British comics Action and 2000 AD. He co-wrote several Doctor Who comics with John Wagner, as well as writing audio adventures for Big Finish (including adapting his proposed TV story The Song of the Space Whale).
