Peter J. Hammond

Peter J. Hammond wrote the Torchwood stories Small Worlds and From Out of the Rain. He also wrote the unproduced Doctor Who television story Paradise Five, which was later adapted into the audio story Paradise 5 as part of Big Finish's The Lost Stories series.
