Psychic screwdriver

The psychic screwdriver was a device, equivalent to the Doctor's sonic screwdriver, possessed by the con artist Banto Zame, who posed as the Doctor. He used it to seemingly defeat the Skelloid invasion of the Generios system by inverting the core of their hydrogen stabilisers, exploiting their life cycle's reliance on the absorption of hydrogen through their gill-plates.
