Quantican Scoop

Jack Harkness acquired a Quantican Scoop from a fourple on Ibiza XIII. He used it in an attempt to teleport the Thirteenth Doctor to him. However, he instead scooped Graham O'Brien and, later, Yasmin Khan and Ryan Sinclair. (TV: Fugitive of the Judoon)
